About Mexquant Labs
Coaching as a discipline, not a slogan
Mexquant Labs was built on a straightforward premise: effective coaching techniques can be taught with the same rigor applied to any structured professional skill — and geography should not be a deciding factor in who gets access to that training.
Who we are
A structured path through coaching methodology
Mexquant Labs operates as a fully remote educational platform connecting learners from every region of Ukraine with structured coaching curriculum built for professionals at different career stages.
Each course follows a modular format — 6 to 12 weeks depending on depth — with clear competency checkpoints at every stage. Learners work through real interaction scenarios rather than abstract frameworks.
The platform launched in 2015 with a single instructor-led cohort of 18 students. Since then, the curriculum has been revised 4 times based on field feedback from practicing coaches across education, business, and public services.

Lead Methodology Instructor
Olena has been designing coaching curricula for 11 years, working previously with regional workforce development programmes before joining Mexquant Labs.
How the platform works
Three layers every learner moves through
The structure is deliberate — theory without practice creates fragile knowledge, so each layer builds directly on the previous one.
Conceptual grounding
Learners study the core models — GROW, co-active, solution-focused — not as competing schools of thought but as tools with distinct applications. Each model is examined through 3 to 5 documented case scenarios.
Observed practice sessions
Small groups of 4 to 6 participants work through live coaching simulations with video review. Feedback focuses on listening quality, question structure, and session pacing — not general communication style.
Applied field work
Each participant conducts at least 8 documented coaching conversations with real clients during the final module. Written case notes are reviewed by a senior instructor before the competency assessment.

The platform operates on a continuous intake model — new cohorts start every 8 weeks, so learners are not locked into a fixed academic calendar. The asynchronous content delivery allows participants across different time zones within Ukraine to maintain pace without scheduling conflicts.
